Btw, is the Blackout mentioned referring to Vortex? 'Cuz that's his real name.

Nah, it's Blackout. TFW2005 got a design for him, and it's labelled 'Blackout'. Heck, it looks way too much like Blackout than any other TF helicopter, much less Vortex.
